About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, chats, and emails to process bulk gas orders and handle requests
- Make outbound calls to collect tank gauge readings
- Coordinate delivery timing with customers and collaborate with Logistics Planners to ensure reliable service
- Partner with sales, technicians, accounting, and cross-functional teams to expedite orders and resolve concerns
- Complete administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and resolving billing or account issues
- Utilize systems such as JDE and Field Centrix to manage customer information and orders
Requirements
- At least a two-year college degree
- Prior customer service experience
- Experience working in a high-volume call environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
