About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, or chat to assist clients and customers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage orders, and process cancellations or changes
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems quickly and effectively
- Recommend products and solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain data security and privacy for every customer interaction
- Accurately enter and manage data using company tools and resources
- Participate in training to stay updated on client programs and performance goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of experience (customer service, banking, or retail experience is a plus)
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work schedules between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with weekend rotations
