About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries, handle orders, and manage cancellations or changes
- Consult with customers to recommend products, services, or solutions that meet their needs
- Accurately enter and manage data while ensuring the security and privacy of customer information
- Complete required training and stay updated on client programs and performance goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or retail
- Ability to pass a bilingual assessment
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and excellent communication skills
