About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes for product returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues regarding product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and technical support to resolve complex issues
- Monitor customer feedback and generate reports on support trends to drive process improvements
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of direct customer service, call center, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer support software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technical support or troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the power engineering industry or related product lines
