About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes for product returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues regarding product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
  • Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and technical support to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor customer feedback and generate reports on support trends to drive process improvements

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of direct customer service, call center, or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer support software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technical support or troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of the power engineering industry or related product lines
