Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service via email, SMS, and social channels
- Act as the primary point of contact for direct customers and 3PL clients
- Guide customers and corporate buyers through curated seasonal gifting and gift card selections
- Resolve complex escalations with a calm and solutions-first attitude
- Analyze data to identify friction points and propose process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally on inventory receiving, quality assurance, and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in eCommerce consumer care
- Proficiency with Zendesk
- Ability to work onsite at our Scranton, PA fulfillment center
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Looker
- Background in sales or consultative roles
- Passion for food quality and sustainability
