Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service via email, SMS, and social channels
  • Act as the primary point of contact for direct customers and 3PL clients
  • Guide customers and corporate buyers through curated seasonal gifting and gift card selections
  • Resolve complex escalations with a calm and solutions-first attitude
  • Analyze data to identify friction points and propose process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on inventory receiving, quality assurance, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce consumer care
  • Proficiency with Zendesk
  • Ability to work onsite at our Scranton, PA fulfillment center
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker
  • Background in sales or consultative roles
  • Passion for food quality and sustainability
