Customer Care

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the control of projects, contracts, and services.
• Ensure service integrity and execution from initial acceptance through to billing and collection.
• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the sector's revenue objectives.
• Review service orders against commercial offers and address first-line inquiries regarding service scope.
• Manage documentation required for client onboarding and account modifications.
• Define operational details with clients and coordinate logistics with inspection, laboratory, audit, and operations departments.
• Maintain constant communication with clients regarding service progress and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate with branches for the execution of external services and ensure timely report delivery.
• Manage subcontracting processes in conjunction with the purchasing department, ensuring compliance with deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar customer care or account management roles.
• Advanced English fluency (indispensable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
