About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the control of projects, contracts, and services.
- Ensure service integrity and execution from initial acceptance through to billing and collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the sector's revenue objectives.
- Review service orders against commercial offers and address first-line inquiries regarding service scope.
- Manage documentation required for client onboarding and account modifications.
- Define operational details with clients and coordinate logistics with inspection, laboratory, audit, and operations departments.
- Maintain constant communication with clients regarding service progress and resolve inquiries.
- Coordinate with branches for the execution of external services and ensure timely report delivery.
- Manage subcontracting processes in conjunction with the purchasing department, ensuring compliance with deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar customer care or account management roles.
- Advanced English fluency (indispensable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
