About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and assist customers and specialist partners with technical and commercial inquiries via telephone and email
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing direct assistance and preventing recurring issues
- Act as an interface between customer support and specialist departments
- Maintain and document solutions in a knowledge database
- Contribute to process optimization through the analysis of customer inquiries based on key metrics
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-term relationships
- Openness to technical contexts and interest in agile working methods
- Good English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and social competence
