Customer Care Representative with German

Responsibilities

• Manage returns, organize pickups, and monitor delivery processes
• Process transactions in SAP, including order entry, pricing, availability, and billing
• Handle customer and sales team inquiries and complaints effectively
• Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage incoming requests and emails
• Maintain and analyze customer data and databases
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and support EMEA sales growth

Requirements

• Fluent English and German
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel
• Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service within the medical industry and SAP skills are considered assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish is a significant asset
