About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, chat, or email in French and English
- Provide information about products, services, orders, or account inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues, technical questions, and customer concerns
- Record and update customer interactions using CRM platforms
- Meet performance goals such as first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Full fluency in French and English (C1 level or higher)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite in San José, Costa Rica
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in bilingual customer support, technical assistance, or billing
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Five9
