About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, chat, or email in French and English
  • Provide information about products, services, orders, or account inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues, technical questions, and customer concerns
  • Record and update customer interactions using CRM platforms
  • Meet performance goals such as first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Full fluency in French and English (C1 level or higher)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work onsite in San José, Costa Rica
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bilingual customer support, technical assistance, or billing
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Five9
