About the role
Responsibilities
- Address escalated customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Determine the cause of customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions
- Educate customers on products and services
- Handle all interactions in accordance with company policies and federal guidelines
- Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner
- Meet Quality Assurance requirements and key performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of one or more years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Contact Center experience
- Fluency in Spanish
