About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Provide guidance on vehicle features, charging, software updates, and service appointments
- Schedule and manage service appointments with Service Centers and Mobile Service teams
- Track service cases and proactively follow up with customers
- Maintain deep knowledge of Lucid vehicles, software, and the German EV ecosystem
- Capture customer feedback to improve product quality and processes
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, automotive, EV, luxury retail, or tech
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Ability to handle complex inquiries with empathy and clarity
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French
