About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
  • Provide guidance on vehicle features, charging, software updates, and service appointments
  • Schedule and manage service appointments with Service Centers and Mobile Service teams
  • Track service cases and proactively follow up with customers
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Lucid vehicles, software, and the German EV ecosystem
  • Capture customer feedback to improve product quality and processes

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, automotive, EV, luxury retail, or tech
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries with empathy and clarity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French
