Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, delivering accurate, timely, and professional responses
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, preferences, and expectations
• Support event attendees with questions related to event details, registration, schedules, and general information
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused experience to enhance attendee satisfaction
• Quickly address and resolve customer concerns with efficiency and empathy
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
• Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication across email, phone, and digital channels
• Communicate event updates and important announcements to clients and attendees in a timely manner

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence when handling client and attendee concerns
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event support is a plus
