About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and service enrollments
  • Identify opportunities to retain customers and recommend value-added products
  • Provide one-contact resolution to address customer needs efficiently
  • Communicate professionally via phone, chat, and email
  • De-escalate complex or sensitive customer situations
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and document customer needs in real time
  • Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience resolving customer concerns and building trust
  • Experience identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Availability to work between 8 AM and 7 PM, including rotating Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
