Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to commercial activities, customers, and patients
• Manage contracts and act as an interface for customer organizations and payors (State or Private Insurance)
• Receive and place routine telephone calls to handle inquiries, orders, and service needs
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of company products and services
• Liaise with sales and technical staff to communicate customer needs and service requirements
• Analyze customer service needs and relay information to relevant technical departments

Requirements

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration
• 5+ years of experience in general office practice
• Ability and willingness to become a Certified Polysomnographic Technician

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous medical background or experience in a healthcare setting
