About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to commercial activities, customers, and patients
- Manage contracts and act as an interface for customer organizations and payors (State or Private Insurance)
- Receive and place routine telephone calls to handle inquiries, orders, and service needs
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of company products and services
- Liaise with sales and technical staff to communicate customer needs and service requirements
- Analyze customer service needs and relay information to relevant technical departments
Requirements
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration
- 5+ years of experience in general office practice
- Ability and willingness to become a Certified Polysomnographic Technician
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous medical background or experience in a healthcare setting
