About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to US Banking customers
  • Support the Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of all requests
  • Assist customers with banking transactions and funds inquiries
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries regarding rewards and redemptions
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing practices

Requirements

  • At least college-level education
  • Required experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Investment (BFSI)
  • Minimum 1.5 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1.5 years of CSAT/NPS experience (with recent experience within the last 6 months)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in web-based environments and ability to multitask across applications
  • For hybrid/WFH: Must have a private, quiet workspace and a minimum 25 mbps internet connection
