About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to inquiries concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions and determining the best solutions to drive brand advocacy.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction to create measurable customer value.
  • Document necessary account information and offer customized solutions that benefit the customer.
  • Achieve results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

  • Advanced fluency in writing and speaking German or Italian; English fluency is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience with a passion for building loyalty and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in navigating a Windows environment and ability to multitask in a metric-driven setting.
  • Availability to work between 8 AM and 2 PM, including flexibility for weekends and holidays.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and consultative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning or working in a small business.
