About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to inquiries concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions and determining the best solutions to drive brand advocacy.
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction to create measurable customer value.
- Document necessary account information and offer customized solutions that benefit the customer.
- Achieve results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
- Advanced fluency in writing and speaking German or Italian; English fluency is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience with a passion for building loyalty and relationship building.
- Proficiency in navigating a Windows environment and ability to multitask in a metric-driven setting.
- Availability to work between 8 AM and 2 PM, including flexibility for weekends and holidays.
- Strong creative problem-solving and consultative skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning or working in a small business.
