About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily rental business and ensure smooth vehicle handovers and returns
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and shape a positive customer journey
  • Support station management with personnel planning and team training
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, especially in customer interaction

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar
  • High service orientation and a friendly, professional, and open demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Organizational talent with the ability to find solutions in challenging situations
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid Class B driver's license
