Customer Care Manager - German market

Responsibilities

• Own the KYB/KYC lifecycle reviews for German business customers, managing caseloads through internal tools.
• Conduct direct customer support via email, chat, and phone to collect documentation and resolve data gaps.
• Identify and flag process gaps, documentation inconsistencies, or tool limitations to improve team workflows.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge resources and documentation using Notion AI.
• Execute compliance cases with high precision to ensure regulatory requirements and account statuses are maintained.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, or success) within a structured environment.
• Native-level German proficiency with the ability to communicate professionally and precisely in writing.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling complex cases with regulatory implications.
• Ability to maintain composure and a methodical approach when working under pressure or managing high volumes.
• A process improvement mindset with a tendency to identify patterns and suggest optimizations.
