About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via multiple channels including calls and emails
- Investigate and resolve issues by identifying root causes and solutions
- Monitor the charging network and act quickly to address incidents
- Master various tools and knowledge bases to provide excellent support
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and French (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Empathy for user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or English
- Passion for sustainability and electric mobility
