About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via multiple channels including calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve issues by identifying root causes and solutions
  • Monitor the charging network and act quickly to address incidents
  • Master various tools and knowledge bases to provide excellent support
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Empathy for user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or English
  • Passion for sustainability and electric mobility
