About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via multiple channels including calls and emails
- Investigate and resolve issues by identifying root causes
- Monitor the charging network and address incidents quickly
- Master various tools and knowledge bases to provide support
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
- Strong empathy and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Passion for sustainability and electric mobility
