About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and troubleshoot retailer issues by managing communication across various HQ teams
  • Act as a vital link between Trek and independent bicycle dealers to ensure unparalleled service
  • Provide expert product advice and technical information to both retailers and end users
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps, Territory Managers, and warranty/ecommerce teams
  • Communicate with dealers via phone and email to meet their ongoing needs
  • Research and resolve consumer inquiries using internal databases and resources
  • Participate in Trek advocacy events and community charity rides

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a customer-focused environment
  • A strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs promptly
  • A passion for customer service and the bicycle industry
