Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Manage night shift schedules
- Provide customer service and technical assistance
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to join immediately
