About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting, and after-sales service
- Assist walk-in clients and handle incoming calls regarding laboratory test enquiries
- Provide quotations to clients
- Communicate with clients regarding sample submission and related issues
- Coordinate the laboratory testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales, and Billing departments
- Liaise directly with SGS affiliates for subcontracted jobs overseas
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
