About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting, and after-sales service
  • Assist walk-in clients and handle incoming calls regarding laboratory test enquiries
  • Provide quotations to clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding sample submission and related issues
  • Coordinate the laboratory testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales, and Billing departments
  • Liaise directly with SGS affiliates for subcontracted jobs overseas
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements
