About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance through easy-to-follow steps
  • Convert callers to customers by enrolling them in appropriate support plans using soft selling skills
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and cost-effectively
  • Handle blue screen errors and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Manage and close calls independently

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an International Outbound Tech Support process
  • Experience troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Broadband, Routers, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work fixed night shifts (US shift)
  • High school diploma or Graduation
