Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Manage and close calls effectively

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (8:30pm-6:30am)
  • High school diploma or Graduation
