Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
- Handle customer inquiries regarding computing and communications devices and software
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
- Ability to join immediately
