Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK shifts
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Ability to join immediately
- Experience in international outbound processes is a plus for inbound tech roles
