  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK shifts
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Experience in international outbound processes is a plus for inbound tech roles
