Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound calls for a UK telecom process
- Manage call blocker services for customers
- Meet targets and maintain high energy levels during shifts
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
