Responsibilities

  • Handle international outbound calls for a UK telecom process
  • Manage call blocker services for customers
  • Meet targets and maintain high energy levels during shifts

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
