Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Handle customer calls and process payments through various gateways
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and call closure
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle technical support and payment processing
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience in support processes is required
