Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Provide technical support for computing and communications devices

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to handle technical support and payment processing
  • Immediate availability to join
