Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound BPO voice processes
- Act as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) for technical support processes
- Manage customer calls within a professional BPO environment
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 qualification
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
- Ability to work fixed night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:30 am)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
- Previous experience in international tech support processes
