Responsibilities

  • Handle international outbound and inbound BPO voice processes
  • Provide technical support services to global customers
  • Manage customer interactions during fixed night shifts

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+2 qualification
  • Fluent English with good communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to work fixed night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:30 am)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
  • Previous experience in technical support processes
