  • Handle international inbound and outbound BPO voice processes
  • Provide technical support services to customers
  • Manage customer communications via voice calls

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+2 qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Fluent English with good communication skills
  • At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles

Requirements

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to work fixed night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:30 am)
