About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from international customers in the US and UK
- Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate support
- Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
- Close sales and achieve performance targets
- Process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
- Experience in technical support or outbound tech processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closing
