Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Manage and close calls effectively
Requirements
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
- Experience handling printer, router, and antivirus technical calls
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work US/UK shifts
