About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from international customers in the US and UK
- Provide technical support by diagnosing issues
- Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
- Close sales and achieve targets by processing payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
- Proven ability to close calls and handle payments
- Ability to work US or UK shifts (Day/Night)
