Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate support plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Manage and close calls effectively
Requirements
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support
- Experience handling printer, router, and antivirus technical issues
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or graduation
