Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
  • Handle technical queries via phone in a night shift environment
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service quality

Requirements

  • High School diploma or Graduation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Ability to join immediately
