Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support via voice calls
- Handle customer inquiries during US night shifts
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- High school diploma or graduation
- Age between 18 to 30 years
