About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate support plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Ensure accurate resolution of customer issues

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound or Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible night shifts
  • Experience in closing calls independently
