About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US-based customers
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Provide technical assistance and maintain high service standards

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inbound or Outbound technical support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Proven ability to close calls and handle payment processing
- Strong convincing and sales skills
