About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls independently
- Maintain high standards of customer service during US shifts
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Immediate availability preferred
