About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls independently
  • Maintain high standards of customer service during US shifts

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
