About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide international inbound and outbound technical support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Resolve issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad users
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
  • Manage and close calls independently

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO technical support
  • Proven experience in outbound tech support (minimum 6 months to 1 year)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
