About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide international inbound and outbound technical support
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Resolve issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad users
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage and close calls independently
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO technical support
- Proven experience in outbound tech support (minimum 6 months to 1 year)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Immediate availability preferred
