Customer Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the correct scheduling of deliveries to hospitals, clinics, patients, and institutional units according to current contracts.
• Monitor order status and fulfillment to guarantee complete and timely deliveries.
• Manage immediate solutions for operational deviations in collaboration with distribution, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Validate customer delivery requirements and evaluate necessary actions to ensure compliance.
• Provide direct support and attention to hospital coordinators and institutional representatives.
• Monitor service levels and execute applicable action plans to maintain high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in operational or customer service roles, specifically managing institutional accounts or logistics.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of B2B delivery processes and document control.
• Experience managing operational indicators (KPIs).
• Basic knowledge of sanitary regulations applicable to medical products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using management systems such as JD Edwards or Salesforce.
