Customer Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Field customer issues via inbound calls and email in a timely and professional manner
• Document interactions accurately in Salesforce using proper call coding
• Partner with leadership and internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Provide product support and basic training to users to drive product adoption
• Resolve customer problems on the first contact to increase retention

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service or customer support experience
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads (~30 calls and ~20 emails daily)
• Experience utilizing ticketing or case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate customer concerns
• Proficiency in learning and applying new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, healthcare, or technology environments
• Familiarity with account management principles
• Experience becoming a subject matter expert (SME)
• Prior experience handling high-volume support queues
