About the role
Responsibilities
- Field customer issues via inbound calls and email in a timely and professional manner
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce using proper call coding
- Partner with leadership and internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Provide product support and basic training to users to drive product adoption
- Resolve customer problems on the first contact to increase retention
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service or customer support experience
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads (~30 calls and ~20 emails daily)
- Experience utilizing ticketing or case management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate customer concerns
- Proficiency in learning and applying new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments, fintech, healthcare, or technology environments
- Familiarity with account management principles
- Experience becoming a subject matter expert (SME)
- Prior experience handling high-volume support queues
