About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and patience in a high-volume environment
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding healthcare-related enquiries
- Support customers navigating sensitive or emotionally challenging circumstances
- Accurately navigate multiple digital systems, screens, and tools
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal and health-related information
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality and performance standards
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a high-volume contact centre
- Strong technical skills and confidence navigating multiple digital systems
- High levels of emotional maturity and resilience
- An empathetic and patient communication style
- Ability to work onsite in our Melbourne CBD office
- Full availability to work within the operating window of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:30pm AEDT

- Previous experience within the healthcare industry
