Customer Care Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support project initiation, planning, and execution by defining scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop project schedules and milestones using appropriate management tools and techniques.
• Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into detailed documentation and conceptual designs.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across Commercial Operations, IT, and Clinical Labs to ensure alignment.
• Identify and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
• Oversee the validation of processes and systems that support cross-functional workflows.
• Manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in Customer Care or as a Business Analyst within the healthcare or clinical laboratory industry.
• Proven experience in project management and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various levels of an organization.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• White and/or Yellow Belt Lean Certification.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Lean methodology.
