About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end support to high-priority key accounts
  • Serve as the single point of contact for strategic customers to build long-term relationships
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex customer concerns and escalations
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries regarding orders, quotes, deliveries, returns, and warranties
  • Process orders and track customer interactions using SAP and CRM systems
  • Analyze reports to support KPIs and provide feedback on service issues
  • Maintain knowledge of internal systems and ensure ISO compliance

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or CSR role
  • High school diploma required
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with SAP and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Understanding of inventory, pricing, and credits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Cisco systems
