About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional end-to-end support to high-priority key accounts
- Serve as the single point of contact for strategic customers to build long-term relationships
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex customer concerns and escalations
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries regarding orders, quotes, deliveries, returns, and warranties
- Process orders and track customer interactions using SAP and CRM systems
- Analyze reports to support KPIs and provide feedback on service issues
- Maintain knowledge of internal systems and ensure ISO compliance
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or CSR role
- High school diploma required
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with SAP and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Understanding of inventory, pricing, and credits
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Cisco systems
