Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers via voice process
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school diploma or graduation
- At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- Immediate availability to join
