About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize work according to objectives, priorities, and procedures
  • Manage telephone, email, and digital platform orders
  • Support sales and distribution teams with customer inquiries and order management
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure order fulfillment
  • Contact customers regarding stock shortages or price changes
  • Process returns, credit notes, and manage complaints effectively
  • Update price changes and bonuses in the system

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Administration, Management, or similar field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Availability for rotating shifts
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
